'Tis the season to wear faux fur

My current obsession is faux fur. Faux fur jackets, capelets, boleros....you name it, I love it.  There are so many places to find that perfect faux fur from Ebay to Etsy and from Asos to Nordstrom and at every price point.  I love the idea of a vintage faux fur coat that was worn by a interesting, beautiful woman back in the '50s perhaps and that can tell a story.

Pair a faux fur jacket with a pair of skinny jeans and ankle booties or pair it with black leather leggings and studded ballet flats.  The possibilities are endless but the look is luxurious during the colder months when all we want to do is bundle up.  So why not bundle up in style?

Here are some of my favorite faux fur looks:

Noone does faux fur better than the uber fashionista, Rachel Zoe.  I love the glamour of her entire outfit from the amazing chain link handbag to the long faux fur vest. Perfection!

How gorgeous is this faux fur bolero on Nicole Kidman? Such an easy way to add over-the-top glamour to an otherwise basic black dress.

I am absolutely in love with this outfit worn by the stylish celebrity, Beyonce.  The round toe platform heels are amazing, the black leggings and super sexy and that faux fur jacket just brings this outfit to another level.

and last, but certainly not least:

The perfect example of how to wear a faux fur scarf for an every day look with a touch of glamour.  How gorgeous is this? Anyone can wear this look and the beauty of a faux fur scarf is that it can be paired with so many types of blouses and tops. Love it!

Bring a little glamour to your winter wardrobe with faux fur and you will feel amazing....

Fur has been my obsession for several years now. I just can't seem to get enough of it. I wore my faux leopard coat today, and it is just such a quirky/luxurious touch to any look. Thinking of wearing my Michael Kors white fur vest tomorrow. The only piece I can't seem to figure out how to wear yet is the scarf you showed in the last photo. I've tried them on, and somehow they just don't look right on me. Thanks for sharing the inspiration!
